The Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze offers art lovers the opportunity to enjoy an art walk through the XIII-XX centuries with their project In Collezione.

IMG 20190119 112940One weekend a month, the bank's headquarters in Via Bufalini will open to the public, allowing visitors to admire more than one hundred paintings from well-known artists such as Giotto, Filippino Lippi, Beato Angelico, Perugino and many more.

The works of this private collection, carefully selected and organized by Carlos Sisi -former director of the Modern Art and Costume Gallery of the Pitti Palace, are beautifully displayed in all the common areas of the building.
Visitors of the exhibit will also be able to explore the palazzo which opened in 1957 and was designed by Giovanni Michelucci, the same architect who planned the Santa Maria Novella Station.

Guided visits - in Italian only - to groups of less than 25 visitors are proposed every third weekend for each month, both Saturday and Sunday, until December (except for July and August).
