| De Gustibooks in the greenhouse |
|
About the greenhouse or Tepidarium: it is made of iron and glass and it was built by Giacomo Roster who was inspired by the Royal horticultural society of London. The greenhouse was inaugurated in 1880. The most spectacular event of De Gustibooks is the food show: each day a talented chef will cook live for the audience, with explanations and commentary. Also eagerly awaited is the huge book fair, with titles related to the world of food and much more. Many meetings with authors such as Roberto Castellani, Stefano Malatesta, Rosalia Cavalieri and others who have written books about food.
