De Gustibooks in the greenhouse

bere From 25 to 27 November, the De Gustibooks formula includes tastings, food shows, workshops, meetings, book presentations, food artisans displaying their products, and lots of ideas for everyone: curious visitors, “foodies”, and tourists who want to discover our culinary tradition.

About the greenhouse or Tepidarium: it is made of iron and glass and it was built by Giacomo Roster who was inspired by the Royal horticultural society of London. The greenhouse was inaugurated in 1880.

The most spectacular event of De Gustibooks is the food show: each day a talented chef will cook live for the audience, with explanations and commentary. Also eagerly awaited is the huge book fair, with titles related to the world of food and much more.

Many meetings with authors such as Roberto Castellani, Stefano Malatesta, Rosalia Cavalieri and others who have written books about food.
