Special attention also at the table for those who participate in the Più Firenze formula. In your hotel you’ll find, along with the informational material, the voucher shown here. Once it has been stamped, keep it with you at all times and you’ll be eligible to receive a series of free gifts in the participating restaurants listed below (the collection of restaurants participating in Più Firenze in Florence and the province is ongoing):
at your first dinner in one of the participating restaurants, you’ll receive an elegant chef’s apron
at your second dinner, a publication on food and wine and an illustrated book for your children
at your third dinner, a small bottle of extra-virgin olive oil produced by a farm in the province of Florence.
And for the children, dinners at a truly reduced price: a first course, second course with side dish, and water for just 10 euros (the menu will be chosen by the restaurant, keeping in mind children’s preferences) and a lovely book just for them.
How do you receive the gifts? Just present the voucher at the restaurant complete with the three stubs and the restaurant staff will detach and keep the first stub if it’s your first dinner, or the second or third depending on how many times you have dined in the various participating restaurants, and then give you your gift. Remember that the stub detached from the voucher has no value.
And if you have used the train to reach Florence or other places in the province of Florence, and naturally you are participating in Più Firenze and staying at one of the participating accommodations, you will have special treatment at the restaurant as well: a 10% discount on the price of the meal! In addition to the voucher, just present the coupon stamped by the APT tourist information office to show that you travelled by train. The voucher (stamped by the accommodation provider) and coupon for train users (stamped by APT) will be in the information kit provided by APT that you’ll find in your room. Remember to keep them with you at all times during your stay.
