That small detail which makes the difference, and your stay unforgettable, is the very detail on which we have focused our attention: the Municipality of Palazzuolo, together with the Chamber of Commerce of Florence, the Trades people’s Confederation of Florence (Confesercenti Firenze) and Legambiente (an Italian Environmental Association), has created a special card, the Vivi Senio Card.
This card has given life to a network of all existing facilities concerning the cultural, sports, environmental, food and drink and accommodation supply, thus enabling the creation of package holidays tuned in to seasons.

The supply ranges from suggestions for WELLNESS (beauty treatments, sauna, but also trekking, swimming, horse-riding and other sports) to CULTURAL suggestions, thanks to the museums Palazzuolo has to offer, without letting out GASTRONOMIC specialities to taste both during excursions and in typical restaurants, as well as by purchasing local products.

Moreover, Palazzuolo sul Senio boasts a rich calendar of events throughout the year, offering visitors festivals related to woodland products, mainly chestnuts, in autumn, to Christmas and local street markets in December, and to important folklore events which liven up the summer. 
The Vivi Senio Card is issued for free in case of an overnight stay in the accommodating facilities that have adhered; or it can be purchased at the Tourist Office (piazza Alpi, 1) and at the Civic Library (piazza Strigelli, 6).
The Vivi Senio Card has a six-month validity from April to September in summer and from October to March in winter.
