Conciliation Desk The Chamber of Commerce of Florence has set up a specialised conciliation service for consumers and enterprises involved in economic disputes and who want to avoid legal proceedings. The service provides tourists with the assistance of a representative (conciliator) who will personally follow the proceedings. The procedure may also be initiated from the website of the Chamber of Commerce.
